The HQ Real Estate Services Story

In 2007, two real estate industry pioneers, David England and Grant Wilson, decided that property buyers and sellers deserved an easier and more efficient way to buy and sell, and lease real estate in Metro Vancouver.

They combined their passion for real estate with nearly a decade of experience researching and developing web-related software for the marketing and sale of real estate listings.

Their partnership resulted in eCo Realty Inc, a Vancouver-based real estate brokerage with a web-based marketing system that was the first of it's kind in Canada.

In 2011, eCo Realty's commercial division was re-branded HQ Real Estate Services Inc.
